So I see that the WHO has put out that the outbreak of Zika in Cabo Verde is the strain circulating in Brazil rather than the African strain, which had been rumoured at one time.
It is good to see this information out there in a timely fashion. I wonder if the sequences from IP are available anywhere? I could not see a linked manuscript.
